Physical and Medical Causes 1. Nutrient Deficiencies Low iron, vitamin D, B12, or magnesium levels can cause fatigue. Fix: Blood test and appropriate supplementation. 2. Thyroid or Hormonal Imbalance Especially hypothyroidism. Fix: Thyroid function test (TSH, T3, T4) 3. Chronic Illness Diabetes, heart disease, or autoimmune diseases can interfere with sleep quality and cause fatigue. 🍔 Lifestyle Causes 1. Poor Diet High sugar, processed foods, or dehydration can cause energy crashes. *Fix: Balanced meals, plenty of water, limit caffeine and alcohol. 2. Lack of Physical Activity Sedentary lifestyle contributes to poor sleep quality and fatigue. *Fix: Daily exercise improves sleep and energy levels. 3.
